  • If the order is successfully canceled, the refund will be processed within 3-5 business days to the original payment method.

Eligibility for Exchange

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day exchange policy for all products except:
  • Personal care items (e.g., body massagers, hair straighteners) due to hygiene reasons.
  • Items purchased during sales or promotional offers.

Exchange Conditions:

  • Request the exchange within 7 days of receiving the product by emailing us at support@trendingforgirls.com.
  • When we receive a return or exchange request, courier boy will come to your doorstep within 24 to 48 hours. He will return it to our address.
  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.
  • You must provide the original Order ID and Invoice.
  • Exchanges will only be processed after the returned product passes our quality check.
  • Items purchased during sales, promotions, or special discounts are not eligible for exchange.

Eligibility for Refund

  • We offer a 3-day refund policy in the form of Store Credits for all products except:
  • Personal care items (e.g., body massagers, hair straighteners) due to hygiene reasons.
  • Items purchased during sales or promotional offers.

Refund Conditions:

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all packaging intact.
  • You must provide the original Order ID and Invoice.
  • Refunds will be processed only after the product clears our quality check.
  • The refund will be issued within 48-72 hours after the quality check.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund amount will be issued after deducting COD charges.
  • Items purchased during sales, promotions, or as part of “BOGO” (Buy One Get One) offers are not eligible for refunds.

Store Credit Conditions

  • Store Credit is linked to your original account and cannot be transferred to another person or account.
  • It will be automatically applied to future purchases on TrendingForGirls.com.
  • If your purchase exceeds your Store Credit balance, you must pay the remaining amount using another payment method.

Checking Your Balance

You can view your Store Credit balance on your Account Page.

Expiration
Unused Store Credit will expire after 12 months from the date of issue.

Important Notes

  • You will not be eligible for a refund in the following cases:
  • If you placed the wrong order (e.g., incorrect product selection).
  • If the product is claimed to be “Not as Advertised” without valid proof.
  • If the product was purchased from a local store or another website.

Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged product, please raise the issue within 24 hours of delivery by emailing us at support@trendingforgirls.com with relevant proof (photos/videos).

Processing Time for Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds: Processed within 48-72 hours after quality check.
  • Exchanges: Processed within 5-7 business days after approval.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (except COD refunds, which will be issued after deducting COD charges).
